Information We Store

The platform stores information entered by users and administrators, including inventory records, equipment records, recipes, pricing information, user account information, and other farm-related operational data necessary to provide the service.

Data Hosting

Information entered into the application may be stored and processed on infrastructure hosted by DigitalOcean and other service providers used to support the operation, security, backup, and delivery of the platform.

Farm Data Separation

The platform is designed to logically separate data between farms. Users should only have access to information associated with farms to which they have been assigned. Access to another farm's records without authorization is prohibited.

Security Measures

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect access to the system, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, farm-level data separation, and routine software maintenance.

Backups and Recovery

Regular automated backups are performed to support data protection and business continuity. While reasonable efforts are made to protect and recover information when necessary, no guarantee can be made regarding recovery of deleted, corrupted, or lost data.

Use of Information

Information stored within the platform is used solely for providing, operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the service. User data is not sold to third parties.

User Responsibilities

Users should avoid storing highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information within the platform unless the platform has been specifically designed and approved for that purpose.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe you can access information that does not belong to your farm, discover a security concern, or identify a privacy issue, you should notify the administrator immediately so the matter can be investigated and resolved.
