Terms of Use

Authorized Use

This application is provided for authorized operational use. Access is restricted to approved users who have been assigned to a farm workspace by an administrator.

Farm Data and Privacy

Users may only access information associated with their assigned farm or farms. Attempting to access, copy, disclose, modify, or interfere with data belonging to another farm, user, or organization is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring that information entered into the system is accurate and up to date.

Data Ownership

Farm owners and users retain ownership of the information they enter into the platform, including inventory records, equipment records, recipes, pricing information, documents, and other farm-related data. The platform stores and processes this information solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Accuracy of Information

The service is intended to support farm, homestead, and organizational management workflows. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate calculations, reports, exports, and valuations, users remain responsible for reviewing and validating information before relying upon it for operational, financial, legal, insurance, or regulatory purposes.

Backups and Data Protection

Regular automated backups are performed to support data protection and service continuity. While reasonable efforts are made to safeguard and recover information when possible, users should maintain their own copies of critical information, and no guarantee is made regarding recovery of deleted, corrupted, or lost data.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance activities, upgrades, technical issues, or events outside the control of the service provider may result in temporary interruptions or reduced availability.

Administrative Access

The administrator may suspend, restrict, or revoke access at any time to protect the integrity, confidentiality, security, or availability of the system and its data.

Changes to the Service

Features, functionality, modules, pricing, and service offerings may be modified, added, or removed as the platform evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
